I am. proud affiliate of TradingView as it is one of my three essential trading tools I would recommend to traders of any experience level. CHARTS
TradingView is extremely simple to use. Everything about it is made to make your charting life more streamline. Adding notes, indicators, trend lines ect is straight forward and the customer support has always been fast and direct.The charts themselves are visually pleasing and you can the customization is available but not over done to the point where it becomes complicated. As for navigating and backtracking, Trading View is superior to other charting services such as e-signal ect as it is almost thoughtless. Im confident I could get my grandmother analyzing a stock and setting up trend lines in under 5 minutes, TradingView offers several different time frames (based on your subscription) I highly recommenced the premium package as it offered second time frames which allows you to see inside even 1 minute candle sticks and provides more insight when to either get out of a trade or to hold. However, even the free version of trading view is great for charting possible swing not during live trading hours. Give it a try, see for yourself how simple and easy the platform is to us
INDICATORS
Trading views indicators seem endless, MACD, EMA, RSI and of course VWAP. They have everything a day trader could desire and they are easy to customize and overlap. The tutorial videos are there for you if there are any questions or modifications you want to make in order to personalize your layout.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
TradingView has additional features are pretty bare bones but still useful, including the ability to create multiple watchlist, find news on specific stocks and some basic scanners. Personally I use Trade Ideas as my scanner as the customization and features are unmatched. Also, I use Benzinga-pro as my news source as it is quicker and has access to many additional sources.
